API Steam Turbines

CTMI is one of the few steam turbine manufacturers in India to offer steam turbines as per API standards (Shell and Petronas variants/addendums for API as well).

Back Pressure Turbines

CTMI Offers Backpressure turbines in both Single & Multi Stage variants in the range of 5kW to 60 MW which are often used in industrial plants, the turbine mainly serves as a reducing station between the boiler and the process steam header.

Condensing Turbines

CTMI Offers Condensing turbines in both Single & Multi Stage variants in the range of 100kW to 60 MW. The condensing turbines take high-pressure steam, expand it in turbine nozzles and blades, and exhaust it to a condenser at lower than atmospheric pressure.

Extraction Condensing Turbine

CTMI Offers Extraction condensing turbines in both Single & Multi Stage variants in the range of 2MW to 60MW. The extraction condensing turbines are used when a constant pressure steam flow has to be extracted for process purposes.

PRV/PRDS replacement solutions

Make Free Electricity with CTMI Solutions for your existing low/medium pressure with saturated/superheated steam. CTMI offers PRV replacements in the range of 5 kW to 30 MW, Requirement for a process can be as high as 40 bar pressure.

Forced lubrication system

The FLS package includes a hydraulically separated lubrication and Control Oil System, a hydraulic fluid supply and conditioning system, and common control console in a single.
